It would help to define, and point out on your own body, the ilio-tibial track (IT band). I had no idea what you were talking about until I looked it up elsewhere.
someone told me to just to do 3 sets of 10 on each leg. back and forth pretty slow. is that okay? or should i do what he is saying and stop at the “hot spots?”
Any sporting goods store.. Dick’s or online stores like Amazon. I use a cardboard tube, which is meant for storing drawing sheets. It is 3 inches in diameter, and hard like a wood, and hurts like hell. But hey I got it for free! The harder the roller, and the tighter your muscles, and the IT Band; the more painful this whole exercises it. But you can always control how much pressure you apply.
ya but where the hell do I get that roller thing?
Thank you for your information!
