The injuries and pain that this DVD covers are usually from incorrect movement, lack of conditioning, strength, flexibility, etc. Something that can be corrected through exercise. If you have serious acute injury, that is something a med pro should check out.
I did not understand what you were saying.I got a meniscus tear while doing Mixed Martial Arts / Cardio Kickboxing class. We were doing Bob Duck & Weave moves.
