Patient has had low back pain for the past month. He is particularly sore and stiff in the morning. He has bilateral knee pain and finds its diffucult to stand after sitting. He is bothered by allergies and asthma. The allergies exacerbate his asthma. He also suffers from acid reflux and constipation.
